professionalism and expertise. I've been your loyal client for almost 15

Although this was a group trip of 47 people with 25 rooms booked through
another agent, I decided to book outside the group along with Desiree. We
were the only two who booked with you and the other 23 rooms were booked
through another agent. The entire trip I heard from every person how they
had a horrible experience with the other travel agent. The dates were wrong,
the name spellings were wrong, they could not get in touch with her, she
never return phone calls etc. Desiree and I however, booked two rooms to
you, and had nothing but a positive experience as always. We had easy
check-in's, we had a fruit platter, a bottle of rum and a $50 gift
certificate towards a spa treatment in our room. No one else had that and
