Massachusetts

Boston might be known for the Boston Tea Party, but Boston is so much more.  The city is beautiful filled with history, culture, food and great people.  Using the Big Red Bus Hop on Hop off is the best way to get around town, my best suggestion.  There is so much to see and do, here is a list of recommended things to do. I’ve been to Boston many times, once just for a long weekend and several times before a cruise.  This is a wonderful city to visit before or after a cruise especially during the changing of the color season.  Add on a cruise to Nova Scotia and New England and sail away to a brand new experience.

Here are some awesome ideas of things to do, and we would love to help you plan your itinerary.

Karen, Kim and I’s trip to Bermuda started out with an overnight in Boston on our way to the Viking Cruise Ship. We checked into the airport hotel then took off for a fabulous lunch at Reel House for a lobster roll. Yum. We took a quick boat ride to Hanover where we walked the 2 1/2 mile Freedom Trail…in the rain. Boston is always a great time!
