Disney World has 4 world-class, 18-hole golf courses for the dad who loves to golf. They also have mini golf for those who want to get their younger children involved. Dads can keep up with their favorite teams at The ESPN Zone at Disney’s Boardwalk. The ESPN’s Wide World of Sports Complex is perfect for watching a spring training game or joining in on the Pro Bowl festivities. For the basketball fans, check out the NBA Experience at Disney Springs.
The Outdoors Dad
There are so many fun outdoor activities for the whole family at Walt Disney World. Take a break and enjoy fishing dockside at Port Orleans Riverside, or take the adventurous route and participate in an elite fishing excursion. Rent a kayak or motorized boat at any of the multiple locations of the property. There are campgrounds, such as Fort Wilderness, where the family can enjoy s’mores before bed.

The force is strong at Hollywood Studios. Hollywood Studios’ newest land, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, opened August 29th! Dads, get ready to take a ride in the Millennium Falcon and explore a world from another galaxy. Check out Hollywood Studios’ March of the First Order, Star Tours attraction, Star Wars Launch Bay, and the incredible nighttime experience – Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular.

The Competitive Dad
Yep dads who love to compete should head to the Magic Kingdom to find glory at the Toy Story Mania ride. Tomorrowland is home to Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin where guests are called to join Star Command to help defeat the Evil Emperor Zurg. Win bragging rights over the kids by aiming at the targets and collecting the most points.

Want to see how the magic happens? Disney World offers several behind the scenes experiences for every adventure level. Animal Kingdom will take guests on a guided expedition into the wild. Or go off-roading on a Segway at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Lodge. For foodies, Epcot has an amazing Behind the Seeds tour of The Land. See how Disney farmers create adorable Mickey-shaped produce! History nerds will love the Keys to the Kingdom Tour. This five-hour walking tour goes behind the design of the Magic Kingdom and includes tons of little-known Disney trivia.
